Ceremony Programs
- An excellent addition to any
wedding or mixed-faith
ceremony. They offer many
details about the wedding,
family members, and express
gratitude to your guests for
their presence and support.
Typical sizes are 5×7″, 4.25×9″,
4.25×11″. Plan for one
program per couple. But, it's
thoughtful to have a few
extra copies available as
keepsakes for your loved
ones!
- There are many creative
ways to design and position
a menu that reflect personal
style and uniqueness. Even
for a buffet-style meal,
incorporating a dinner menu
card can enhance the table's
appearance and provide
guests with insight into their
meal choices. Plan for one
menu card for each adult
guest. Menu cards are
usually 3.75×9.25", 5×7", or a
custom size / shape.
Dinner Menus
- A guide for guests to sit at
their assigned tables by
displaying their names and
table numbers. These cards
help indicate the specific
seat at a table. They also help
servers deliver the correct
meals during dinner. Plan for
a separate place card per
guest. Or couples + families
may share one if seated at
the same table. Place cards
are typically 2×3.5 inches, or a
custom shape / size.

Signage
- Popular wedding signage
includes, but is not limited
to: a hashtag sign, a large
welcome sign, an unplugged
ceremony sign, bar signs,
and a guestbook sign. One of
each type is enough, but
consider two hashtag signs
and bar menu signs for
added visibility. Signs can
vary in size, but 5×7 inches
or 8×10 inches is best for
photo frames.
- Table numbers are essential
for your wedding reception,
guiding guests to their
assigned seats. While it's
common to see them in
photo frames, you can
unleash your creativity by
exploring unique shapes,
colors, or even designing
custom stands for each
number. One number per
table is standard.
Table Numbers
Invitations
- The most crucial element of
your wedding stationery is
the invitations, which
contain all the essential
information. This includes
the names of the bride and
groom, the hosts, the date
and time of the wedding, the
venue, and the city and
state. While the standard
size is 5x7, you can
customize them to suit your
style.
